High school diploma and at least 3 years of experience providing superior customer service to clients, customers, or members
Experience interpreting and delivering complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Strong attention to detail with excellent active listening and communication skills
Ability to quickly learn, understand and then accurately communicate new information to others
Ability to connect to OPERS systems remotely via DAL or Cable Modem with minimum of 10mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds (check yours at www.speedcheck.org)
